Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for an Ortho/Neuro/General Surgery unit requiring 18 months of strong ortho/neuro experience and GA or Compact RN licensure.
Details
- Hospital-based Med/Surg unit specializing in Ortho/Neuro/General Surgery
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break included in shift
- No on-call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum 18 months of strong ortho/neuro Med/Surg experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if on/near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
