Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a not-for-profit community organization, requiring an active VT or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Home health and hospice setting serving individuals of all backgrounds
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday
26-week assignment length

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

Additional Information

Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care in accordance with physician orders
Serve as Case Manager when this role is the lead discipline
Deliver health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health services within the community
