Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist II for a Pain Management clinic requiring fluoroscopy imaging experience and at least 2 years of experience.

Details

Work in a Pain Management clinic providing fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
26-week assignment
Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Must have fluoroscopy imaging experience
License required if applicable
AHA certifications only

Additional Information

Determine appropriate radiographic technique based on patient anatomy and condition to produce quality diagnostic images
Prepare patients for procedures, including transporting, transferring, immobilizing, and positioning
Explain procedures to patients with consideration for physical and emotional needs
Record digital images for radiologist interpretation and maintain accurate records
Provide radiation protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards
May assist Radiology Technologist students and new staff with exams, sterile technique, and supply stocking
Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Local candidates within 60 miles of Boston may be considered at a reduced rate
