Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Rehab Therapy Services unit requiring 1+ year of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

Details

• Rehab Therapy Services unit at a hospital setting
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Current/valid state Physical Therapist license required (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required, must not expire prior to start
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related experience required, preferably in a clinic setting
• 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans and evaluates patient progress
• Works as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Returning Intermountain employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
