Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging in a hospital setting on a 13-week assignment.
Details
- Hospital-based ultrasound department
- 13-week assignment with a 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM shift schedule
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred; specific facilities may only accept AHA)
- License required if applicable
- Active MA state licensure required at time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
Additional Information
- Responsible for producing quality ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment
- Perform scans efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates accepted if permanent residence is within 60 miles of Boston, MA, with a reduced rate applying
- Parking is not validated at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking lots are available
