Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a KY or compact license and prior EPIC charting experience.
Details
- Night shift Emergency Department (ED/ER) position in a hospital setting
- Shift hours 18:45-07:15, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week
Requirements
- Active KY or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum two years of acute care RN experience required
- Minimum two years of EPIC EMR experience required
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required
Additional Information
- Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation for a group of ED patients
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and provides patient/family education
- Supervises and mentors licensed and non-licensed staff members
- Participates in a Practice Governance framework and quality improvement initiatives
