Description
American Traveler is hiring a PET-CT Technologist (Dual) requiring 2+ years of recent specialty experience and advanced CT certification through ARRT or NMTCB.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting performing PET-CT dual modality scans
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 8-hour day shifts, 5 shifts per week
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
- AHA BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Radiologic Technology program
- CNMT or PET certification through NMTCB, or registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist through ARRT
- Advanced certification in Computed Tomography through ARRT or NMTCB
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
