Description

American Traveler is hiring a Rad Tech/CT Tech for a Level I Trauma Center requiring prior trauma experience and SCRQSA licensure.

Details

• 400-bed acute-care facility with a Radiology unit
• Equipment includes GE Digital X-ray, GE Digital portable units, and OEC C-arms
• Documentation via MEditech
• Performs radiographic procedures including trauma, portable exams, C-arm in the OR, fluoroscopy, and general x-ray
• Friday-Sunday schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Rad Tech experience required
• Prior Level I Trauma Center experience required
• ARRT certification required
• SCRQSA license required (if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• ACR accredited imaging facility with Joint Commission and DHEC certifications
• Charcoal gray scrubs required as part of dress code
• Located in Myrtle Beach, SC, less than one mile from the beach
• Facility recognized by The Joint Commission for chest pain, knee and hip replacement, sepsis, and stroke care
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted
