Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years OR experience and OK or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Surgery unit within a 265-bed regional referral center
- Day shift schedule, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- On-call responsibilities required, including 1-2 weekend days of call per 13-week period
Requirements
- Active OK or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience required
- CVOR experience preferred
- Certifications required for the position, though candidates without active copies may still be reviewed
Additional Information
- Responsible for patient care throughout the surgical or procedural process, including preparation and recovery support
- Provides patients with information on procedure outcomes and potential outcomes
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered
- Local candidates within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered at a reduced rate
- Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their direct employment ends
