Description
American Traveler is hiring an outpatient CT Technologist with 3+ years of recent CT experience, Siemens equipment experience, and prior travel assignment experience.
Details
- Outpatient radiology setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts with variable days including weekends
- Equipment includes Siemens Avanto 1.5T and Siemens 3T
- May float between inpatient and outpatient as needed
- Weekend scheduling as needed, up to every weekend
- On-call as needed
- Holiday scheduling as needed, up to every holiday
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent CT Technologist experience
- Recent experience in an outpatient setting required
- Recent experience with Siemens equipment required
- Experience with dual source equipment preferred
- Recent experience with cardiac cases required
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- ARRT certification with CT registry required
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Not accepting new graduates
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to teach and allow new graduates to shadow for part of their schedule, typically up to every scheduled shift
- Free private one-bedroom housing available for one occupant, no pets allowed
- Optional housing allowance available in lieu of provided housing
- A vehicle is recommended for transportation due to winter conditions; car allowance available
- Candidates will be required to mail fingerprints to the Alaska Department of Health and Services within 48 hours of offer acceptance
- All RTO must be requested at time of submission
- Candidate's permanent address must be 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks
- Two completed supervisory references required for consideration
