Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment at a tertiary teaching hospital, requiring 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Work in the Imaging department of a tertiary teaching hospital with 310 acute care beds
- Facility features cardiac programs, oncology and women's and children's health centers, medical/surgical units, and a full-service pharmacy
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Night shift schedule, 8:30 PM-7:00 AM, 7 days on, 7 days off, Wednesday night through the following Wednesday morning
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Compact license not accepted
Additional Information
- Operate specialized computer-controlled X-ray equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional diagnostic images
- Support radiologists and physicians in diagnosing complex diseases, trauma, and disorders
- Scrubs required, Galaxy Blue preferred but any color accepted
- Candidates within a 35 mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers with adjusted travel rates
- Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested
