Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift acute care assignment requiring 1+ year of experience and ARRT (R) certification.
Details
- Work across adult acute care and outpatient, and pediatric outpatient settings
- Perform bedside/portable procedures and C-arm procedures in mobile/surgical settings
- Procedures include abdomen/GI, chest/thorax, head, lower extremity, upper extremity, and spine/pelvis imaging
- Uses PACS system
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- ARRT (R) and BLS certification required
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Experience with isolation precautions and PPE
- Age-specific competency across neonate through older adult populations
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Travel experience highly preferred though not required
- Facility conducts its own onsite drug screen including marijuana testing, with a positive result resulting in automatic cancellation
- Candidates should avoid any substances, including CBD products, that could affect drug screen results
- Does not accept local candidates
- Candidates must live outside a 110 mile radius of the facility to be considered
