Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT and R) certification and CT/X-ray cross-training for a 13-week assignment.

Details

• Work in the CT/Radiology department performing both CT scan and X-ray procedures
• Variable scheduling with day shift (4x10 hours, start times 05:00, 06:30, 08:30, or 09:30) or night shift (4x10 hours, start times 18:30 or 20:00)
• Every other weekend shift required
• Possible shared weekend on-call responsibilities
• Equipment includes Shimadzu and GE X-ray units, GE Optima 660 CT scanner
• EMR used is Epic, PACS used is Visage

Requirements

• ARRT certification in both CT and Radiography required
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• Venipuncture certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred, negotiable
• Recent experience in both X-ray and CT scanning required

Additional Information

• Department operates on a variable staffing model with flexibility between day and night shifts
• Candidates willing to work either day or night shifts are preferred due to department needs
• Max RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
• Accepts local candidates at local rate within a 50-mile radius
• Returning staff/travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler
