Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN to cover a Virginia territory, requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least one year of experience.
Details
- Full time Home Health position covering Fairfax County territory
- Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Responsibilities include care coordination, admission criteria, case management/utilization review, and medication administration
- HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required prior to start, cannot begin with a pending license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in acute hospital, home health, or case management settings preferred
