Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a dedicated breast imaging department requiring ARRT Mammography certification and recent mammography volume experience.

Details

Dedicated breast imaging department performing biopsies and localizations
Schedule includes 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday with alternating Saturday shifts 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Requirements

ARRT Radiology certification required
ARRT Mammography certification required
NYS DOH license required if applicable, with no expiration date
Minimum of 200 mammograms performed within the immediate past 24 months
Must be MQSA compliant with all credentials
40-hour proof of mammography training required
8-hour proof of digital mammography training required
24 CMEs in breast mammography within the last 2 years required
8 hours of tomography training required

Additional Information

Dark gray scrubs required
Documentation or letter from training program confirming didactic training is preferred
Local candidates accepted within a 60-mile radius at a reduced rate
