Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist cross-trained in X-Ray to float between CT and XR units, requiring ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, and 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Rotating 4x10 hour evening shifts, typically 1:00 PM-11:30 PM with occasional overnight shifts from 9:00 PM-7:30 AM
• Floats between CT and X-Ray departments based on facility coverage needs
• Every other week schedule includes an overnight CT shift
• No on-call requirements
• Uses GE equipment and PACS imaging system
• Any scrub color accepted

Requirements

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• C-Arm equipment experience needed
• Valid state license required if applicable
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred

Additional Information

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across both CT and X-Ray modalities as needed
• Flexibility required to work hours outside the standard posted schedule based on facility coverage needs
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted at time of submission
• First-time travelers accepted
• Former employees of this facility will not be considered
• Local candidates may receive a reduced rate if living within 50 miles of the facility
