Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech with at least one year of recent Cath Lab experience and ARRT or RCIS certification.
Details
- Cath Lab department treating middle adult to geriatric patients
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of recent Cath Lab experience required
- Must be able to scrub and circulate
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- ACLS and BLS certification via AHA required
- Skilled in diagnostic right and left heart catheterization, interventional cath, rotablator, IABP, closure devices, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
- Experience with sterile procedure and equipment set-up required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Florida or compact license required in hand if applicable
- Must have proof of vaccination status with no declinations allowed
Additional Information
- Must report to the lab within 72 hours of signing
- Smoke-free facility
- Permanent Broward Health employees must be separated for one year before returning as a traveler
- Accepts local candidates within a 60-mile radius at a lower rate
- Pass/fail EKG and basic arrhythmia testing required for this unit
