Description

American Traveler is seeking a Case Management RN for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring 2 years of hospital case management and critical care experience along with an active NH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work within the Case Management unit of a 36-bed hospital
• Patient ratio of 18 to 1
• Day shift with weekend rotation required
• Uses Midas EMR
• Schedule runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting required
• Acute hospital RN case management experience required
• Critical care experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity
