Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join a Hospital in Denver, CO as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while experiencing a new location. Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and hemodynamic data of the heart and vascular system.
What You'll Need:
- Cath Lab experience required. 1-2 years of direct experience in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab.
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist preferred.
- RCIS or RCES certification preferred. Candidates with IR experience will be considered. Electrophysiology (EP) experience required specifically in stimming procedures is desirable.
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
- State licensure as required for Colorado practice.
- Experience with GE and Philips imaging systems, Carto mapping, GE MACLab and CardioLab software preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 06:30–16:00, generally 4 x 9-hour shifts.
- Rotating weekends: 1–2 weekends in a 6-week schedule.
- On-call/Call requirement: 1–2 nights per 6-week schedule.
- Typical procedures: LHC/PCI, Complex PCI, TAVR, PFO, LAAO, renal denervation, PE and DVT thrombectomy, EP ablations, device implants, and peripheral interventions.
