Description
Become a vital part of a Fort Lauderdale, FL hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately execute physician scan protocols, administer contrast agents per procedure, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Technologist experience.
- Graduation from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program or equivalent.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or radiography as required by the facility.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT studies and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Familiarity with CT scanner operation, PACS, and DICOM image management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff in a hospital environment.
- Preferred: Experience in an acute care hospital radiology department and familiarity with trauma CT protocols.
