Description
Become a vital part of a Fort Lauderdale, FL hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography or CT program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or RT(R) with CT registry eligibility.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with multidetector CT scanners and CT protocols for contrast and non-contrast exams.
- Experience performing patient monitoring during contrast administration and managing contrast reactions.
- Prior experience working in an acute care hospital radiology department preferred.
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment preferred.

- Typical workdays: Wednesday through Friday 0600-1630 and Saturday 0800-1830 (per client shift pattern).
