Become a vital part of a Winston-Salem, NC hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning protocols, administer contrast materials, and operate CT and radiography equipment to deliver high-quality imaging for adult and pediatric patients in a Level 1 trauma, academic medical center setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent.
• Current ARRT certification RT(R)(CT) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience performing both adult and pediatric CT and general radiography.
• Familiarity with Siemens, GE, and Canon imaging systems and mobile/portable radiography equipment preferred.
• Experience working in high-acuity, Level 1 trauma or emergency department settings preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Evenings.
• Shift Details: Evenings 1300-2300.
• Schedule Cycle: 4 weeks.
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
• Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Patient Types: Adult and pediatric; trauma and stroke cases common.
• Department Size/Resources: CT – 4 scanners (adult and pediatric); imaging radiology staff present.
• Orientation: Up to 5 days departmental orientation, based on experience.
• Floating: Coverage limited to CT department – Emergency Department.
• Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work approximately 75% of facility holidays.
• Parking: Free.
• Scrub Color: Black.
