Description
Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a hospital position in York, PA. The technologist will accurately follow physicians' scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. Candidates must be able to work in a tobacco- and fragrance-free environment and may care for COVID patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or ARMRIT as specified by the client.
- MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist.
- BLS certification.
- EPIC experience required.
- GE MRI equipment experience required.
- Ability to meet RTO requirement: maximum 7 days.
- Willingness to work scheduled weekends as required by the client.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital radiology or imaging center settings.
- Previous work in a tobacco- and fragrance-free facility.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts.
- Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:30.
- Scheduled days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
- Weekends: every weekend as required by the client.
- Call requirements: no call.
- Holidays: as needed.
- Pre-screening: clinical review required; manager interview for final decision.
