Occupational Therapist - OT Home Health, Kent, WA - Local or Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift/Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 40 hours per week

• 30 units per week

Requirements:

• Home Health experience required

• HCHB experience desired

• No call or weekends

Qualifications:

• HCHB & Home Health experience required

Skills:

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required

• Proof of current CPR certification - Required

• Current driver's license - Required

• Reliable transportation and insurance - Required

• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required

• HCHB EMR preferred

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
