Opportunity:
TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPY
Job Details:
• Day shift position working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Work on a 30-bed Rehab Unit located on the 2nd floor of the main hospital building
• Patient ratio of 7:1
• Perform patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, family/patient education, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
• Utilize typical IPR gym equipment including balance and gait systems
• Document using Meditech (Expanse) system
• Weekend rotation required
• Work alongside PT, OT, SLP, and Tech staff (22 total staff members)
• SNF experience accepted
• BLS certification required
• Scrubs required in light gray color
• 2-3 open positions available
Facility:
This facility features a dedicated rehabilitation unit staffed by a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and technicians. The unit operates on a day shift only schedule and utilizes modern inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment to support a wide range of patient recovery needs. The facility is currently undergoing a new hospital and unit startup, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing healthcare team.
