Opportunity:

Unit Information: Murrells Inlet Free-Standing ED #756

Job Details:

• Work both day and night shifts in free-standing emergency department
• Handle 1 CT/Radiology Tech position per shift
• Patient ratio: 1 Tech per shift with average of 10-20 CT radiology exams per shift
• 2 call shifts required per month
• Must have ARRT Rad Tech Certification and SCQRSA Certification (SC Rad Tech license)
• CT certification preferred with CT experience/knowledge required
• BLS certification required
• Must be proficient in both CT and Diagnostic radiology
• Perform routine CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures for small free-standing ED
• Work with GE 64 Slice CT, GE Digital X-ray, and GE portable x-ray equipment
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs
• Must be adaptable to fast-paced environment and function well independently

This healthcare organization is a 345-bed acute-care facility that offers specialized services including the only cardiac surgery program, neurosurgery program, and pediatric intensive care unit in the region.
