Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Room

Job Details:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department setting
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care processes as needed to ensure optimal patient care
• Consult with other specialties as required and collaborate with health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management
• Work proactively as part of a team in a nine-bed emergency department that sees over 15,000 patients per year
• Minimum 3 years of ER RN experience required
• Current Vermont or compact multi-state RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• TNCC preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system required or ability to learn quickly
• Travelers will start on Wednesdays
• During orientation week, travelers on a 48-hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start
