Opportunity:

CATH LAB TECH

Job Details:

• Scrubbing experience required for all cardiac catheterization procedures
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• Day shift includes a director, manager, and minimum of 3 staff members per room
• Night shift operates as an on-call team with 4 staff members on STEMI call
• Maximum 15 days of call required during critical periods
• Work in a 4-room unit with all GE equipment
• Documentation systems used: Meditech and MacLab
• Typical procedures include cardiac caths, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab, and scrubbing
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• RCIS and ARRT preferred
• Surgical scrubs required; scrubs provided by the unit
