Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2562.52

Opportunity:

RN - MS

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekends only)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Schedule may rotate between days and nights depending on unit needs
• Self-scheduling available, though days off are only guaranteed as listed on contract
• Primary unit is a 32-bed medical/surgical unit (6CD)
• Nurse to patient ratio of 4-5:1 on day shift and 5-6:1 on night shift
• Must float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo as needed
• Perform patient assessments, documentation, nursing tasks, and medication administration
• Utilize Epic EMR, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps
• Minimum 2 years of recent medical/surgical experience required within a large hospital setting (250+ beds)
• Cardiac experience highly preferred but not required
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Active ND or Compact RN license required (must be willing to obtain if not currently held)
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS (must be willing to obtain prior to start)
• BSN not required
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
• Must badge in and out at facility
• Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks

Facility:

This is a Level 1 Trauma Center operating within an acute care setting with multiple locations across the Fargo area. The facility maintains a large hospital environment with 250 or more beds and offers comprehensive medical/surgical services supported by modern technology and equipment. The organization operates across three medical center locations within the Fargo area, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment for healthcare professionals.
