Estimated Weekly Salary

• Weekly Salary Range: $1680 - $1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state)
• BLS Certification (required before first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required before first shift)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Med/Surg setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and create individualized patient care plans
• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Participate in patient rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team conferences
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education from admission
• Promote safety by following hospital policies and healthcare safety protocols
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and orient new staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality
