CT Tech Job Details

• Location: Rochester, NY 14642
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital

CT Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Valid ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

CT Tech Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and hospital protocols
• Prepare and position patients for medical imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient care
• Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Adhere to hospital safety and infection control policies
