- Float pool of about 80 staff members
- Day Shift: RNs and CNAs
- Night Shift: RNs and CNAs
Patient Ratios: 1:5 during days; varies at night
Equipment: Various
EMR System: Meditech

Hiring Profile

Required Skills

Must Have:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Preferred Skills

Nice to Have:
- Strong Telemetry experience (minimum 2 years)
- Chemo Certification (for scheduling on the Oncology unit)

Typical Procedures

Care for a large cardiac population
Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units

Ideal Candidate Traits
