CT Tech Position Overview

Location: Within 75 miles of the facility (locals accepted)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift:

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour night shifts
• Monday to Friday, 3rd shift
• Every other weekend
• Varying start times
• On call required

Orientation Dates: January 9 and January 23

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• ARRT CT Scan certification required
• Active CT RN license not required at submission, but must be obtained before starting
• BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners required
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all areas of CT scan imaging including:

  • CTA neuro
  • Vascular imaging
  • Trauma imaging
  • Orthopedic imaging
• Work with adult patients in ER, inpatient, outpatient settings
• Support a Stroke Center and Level 3 Trauma Center
• Perform angiography procedures

• Mandatory overtime may be required as part of the unit’s rotation pool to ensure coverage
