Radiology Technician (CT) - Albany, New York

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform CT scanning for Emergency Room and inpatient patients using Phillips 64 Brilliance scanner.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be fully trained in CT procedures.
• Experience with EMR Epic and PACS Synapse systems required.
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM.
• No holiday or weekend requirements.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience.

Certifications and Licenses Required

• ARRT certification.
• New York State license with injection certification.
• BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) certification.

Health and Compliance Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine booster proof (valid through Sept 2025).
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof.
• Fit test for appropriate mask type.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of first shot prior to start).
• Influenza vaccine or approved declination.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive).
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof.
• Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work (within last year).
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).

Professional and Background Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year.
• Two professional references.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and audit services forms.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years).
• Education verification (highest degree or diploma/GED).
• EPLS and OIG exclusion checks (within past 30 days).
• NSO check (within past 30 days).
• System access form completed one week before start.
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Standard I9 form completed by agency.
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
