Medical Imaging Technologist III
Location: Albany, NY 12208

Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, includes a 30-minute break)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Call Requirement: One weekday night per week and one weekend per month

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Current New York State registration or limited permit to practice in the State of New York
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Advanced certification as ARRT-CV or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory required
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular imaging procedures, patient care, and radiation safety
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
