Position: RN – Med/Surg-Telemetry (Unit 10635 – Med/Surg)
Duration - 13 weeks
 

We are launching a new 10-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit in December 2025 and seek a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to post-operative surgical and orthopedic patients, as well as medical/telemetry patients — including monitoring vital signs, telemetry data, administering medications, and managing patient comfort and safety. 

• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, document care and patient progress, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (physicians, therapists, social work, etc.) to coordinate patient care and support discharge planning and patient/family education. 

Required Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license.

• Minimum 2 years of current hospital experience on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit — with exposure to post-op surgical and orthopedic patients.

• Certification: BLS and ACLS (or willingness to obtain).
