📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Manager (Utilization Review / CDI)
📌 Facility Location: 4900 Broad Rd, Syracuse, NY 13215
⏰ Shifts: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 – 17:30)

🩺 Position Overview

RN Case Manager / Utilization Review / Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
Seeking MDS (Minimum Data Set) experienced RN
Acute care hospital–based case management role

📜 Required Qualifications

Active New York State RN License
BLS Certification (must be current and able to be recertified)
Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care hospital of similar size/acuity
Travelers must have experience in equal or higher-level hospitals or trauma centers
EPIC EMR experience required
Prior acute care hospital case management experience required
