Job Description: CT Technologist (Travel Assignment)

Location: Elkins, WV
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: January 5, 2026 (approx. 3–4 weeks from offer)
Shift: Night Shift | 4x10s | Monday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

Davis Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures across diverse patient populations while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and musculoskeletal system with and without contrast

• Prepare and administer contrast media following protocols

• Start and manage peripheral IV access

• Follow isolation precautions and patient safety guidelines

• Accurately document procedures in the charting system

• Collaborate with radiologists and the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide care across all age groups: neonate to geriatric

• Participate in infrequent on-call coverage as needed (no more than 1 day/week)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience

• ARRT (R) certification required

• West Virginia state license required

• BLS certification required

• Travel experience preferred

• Ability to work independently on night shift
