Shift : Friday–Sunday, 3×12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

About the Position
Role/Specialty: CT Technologist
The CT Technologist reports to the CT Manager and the Director of Radiology. Working under general supervision, this role is responsible for performing high-quality CT examinations according to established protocols for patients ranging from newborns to geriatric populations, with images interpreted by a physician.
Shift:
On-Call Requirements: Yes. There is an on-call rotation Monday–Thursday from 5:00 PM–6:00 AM. Call is primarily to cover a call-out (typically on third shift) or to assist during high-volume trauma cases. On-call frequency is approximately once every 4–5 weeks.
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Friday–Sunday, 3×12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

Requirements / Preferences
- Required Experience: Minimum 1 year
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), SCRQSA (CT)
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT, and with the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA). AHA BLS is also required.
- Education/Training: Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, or a student clinical rotation with ARRT certification obtained by the end of rotation.
- State License: Must be active and in hand prior to start; pending licenses are not accepted.
- Radiation Badge: Required; agency must supply the badge as the facility does not provide them.
- Special Skills: IV starts, contrast administration, biopsies, and proficiency with PACS. Work involves inpatient, outpatient (Fridays only), ER, and scheduled interventional procedures (Fridays only).
