Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)
Location: La Plata, MD
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Mid Shift, 5x8-Hour (15:00 – 23:30)

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Position patients appropriately and ensure comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct advanced post-processing techniques, including 3D rendering, MPR, MIP, and ROI measurements.
• Perform CT studies of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, musculoskeletal, vascular, and trauma cases.
• Review images for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to submission.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record and imaging systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support efficient patient care.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Active state radiologic technologist license in Maryland (required)
• ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) (required)
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) (preferred/required per facility standards)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience (required)
• Experience with Siemens CT scanners and PACS systems (required)
• EPIC charting experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging, contrast administration, and radiation safety (required)
• Ability to work evening shifts and holidays as scheduled (required)
• Compliance with a 50-mile radius rule (required)
