Description

Title: CT Technologist
Location: Hood River, OR
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM), Friday–Sunday

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

CT Technologist position in a Critical Access, Level III Trauma Center. The role focuses on providing high-quality diagnostic CT imaging services while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols
Prepare and position patients for CT procedures
Ensure radiation safety and adherence to imaging standards
Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain CT equipment and ensure exam rooms are prepared and stocked

Required Qualifications:

Active CT Technologist credentials and applicable licensure
Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting
Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday day shifts)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in a trauma or critical access hospital environment
Familiarity with Epic charting system
Strong patient care and communication skills
