Unit Type: Medical / Cardiac / Neuro ICU
Beds: 38
Staffing Ratio: 1:2 (Days / Nights / Weekends)
Facility Designations:
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- STEMI Receiving
Documentation System: Epic
Patient Population:
- Adults
- Geriatrics

Schedule & Staffing

Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours (unit based)
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Call Required: Yes
Floating: Yes, as needed to meet facility needs
Scheduling Type: Unit-based (no guaranteed block scheduling)

Experience Requirements (HARD STOPS)

Minimum 1 year of ICU RN experience REQUIRED
Neuro ICU experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
- Candidates should score 3–4 proficiency on Neuro skills checklist
New grads with only 1 year experience should be redirected
First-time travelers: Accepted with strong ICU background
