Description

Title: Ultrasound Technologist – Maternal Fetal
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8-hour (08:00 – 16:30)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

Overview & Responsibilities

Perform high-risk OB and maternal fetal medicine ultrasound examinations including comprehensive fetal anatomical surveys and fetal echocardiography.
Conduct first, second, and third trimester studies with accurate biometric measurements and amniotic fluid assessment.
Assist with and perform procedures such as amniocentesis.
Provide portable imaging services in obstetrics and maternal fetal medicine settings.
Maintain professional knowledge of isolation precautions and support interdisciplinary clinical teams.
Float within the specialty, to sister units, and to lower-acuity areas as needed.

Required Experience & Certifications

Minimum 2 years of maternal fetal / OB ultrasound experience.
ARDMS OB/GYN – Required.
