📌 Facility Location: 1000 S Beckham Ave, Tyler, TX 75701
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

⏰ Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

Unit Details:

Patient Ratio: 1:5
Number of Rooms/Beds: 14
Patient Population: Cardiac observation & post-surgical observation

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Previous travel experience required
Epic experience required

Certifications Required:

BLS, ACLS, NIH

Scrub Color:

Charcoal grey

Skills Required:

MS/Telemetry
Remote monitoring
Starting IVs

Skills Preferred:

Cardiac telemetry
ER holding
Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias
Phlebotomy
Heparin protocols
Oxygen therapy (nasal cannula, portable oxygen tank)
