Title: Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8-hour (07:30 – 16:00) with on-call (weeknights, weekends, holidays)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

Overview & Responsibilities

• Perform angiographic and interventional radiology procedures independently using prescribed techniques.

• Provide daily procedural support, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service.

• Maintain patient, staff, and self-safety while adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.

• Work collaboratively in a team-based, learning-focused clinical environment.

• Perform EKG lead placement (preferred) and support hemodynamic monitoring.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of IR/Cath Lab experience (first-time travelers accepted).

• Must have scrub experience.

• Neuro-interventional and vascular interventional experience required.

• Must reside within 45-minute callback radius for on-call coverage.

Certifications & Licensure

• BLS – Required

• ARRT (R) – Required

• ACLS – Required

• ARRT (VI) – Preferred

• Fluoroscopy Permit – Preferred

• State license – Required (pending license acceptable, must be active prior to start)

Preferred Background

• Cerner charting experience

• Teaching hospital experience

• Trauma Level I experience
