Title: CT Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Mid Shift – 4x10-Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols

• Conduct CT scans of the head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and musculoskeletal system

• Prepare and administer contrast media following safety guidelines and protocols

• Start and maintain peripheral IV access as needed for contrast administration

• Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and comfort during imaging procedures

• Apply isolation precautions and infection control standards consistently

• Accurately review, document, and transmit images using PACS and EPIC

• Collaborate with radiologists, IV teams, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure timely patient care

• Provide imaging services for acute care and outpatient populations

• Adapt imaging techniques to meet age-specific needs from neonate to geriatric patients

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist

• Experience in adult acute care and outpatient CT imaging

• Proficiency with CT equipment including Client, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba

• Strong knowledge of contrast administration and patient monitoring

• Ability to work independently during evening and night shifts

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Travel experience required

Required Certifications & Licensure

• ARRT (CT) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (active)

• ARRT (R) – Radiography (active)

• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA or ARC, active)
