Shift: 4x12s, Nights 7p-7:30a
Ratios: 1:6-7, Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but if there is an unplanned absence that can’t be covered the unit will flex to 1:7
Weekend REQ (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, prn low census
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N)? Yes
