Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Kingman, AZ 86409
Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Schedule

Shift: 4×10-hour shifts
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Day Off: Tuesday each week
Facility Schedule: Closed Saturday & Sunday

Time-Off Policy

The manager will coordinate time-off requests directly with the PT.
If a weekday off is needed other than the regularly scheduled day (Tuesday), the PT will be expected to work their usual day off to ensure patient coverage.
- Example: If Monday off is needed, the PT would work on Tuesday instead.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience
Local candidates and first-time travelers accepted
