Registered Nurse – MS/Telemetry (Nights)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Unit: 5th Floor Med Surg / Tele (16-bed unit)

📅 Contract & Schedule

Start Date: March 3, 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Block Scheduling: ❌ Not available
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Yes (within scope, including sister facilities)

🎯 Experience & Eligibility (STRICT)

Experience Required: 2 years MS/Telemetry
First-Time Travelers: ❌ Not accepted
Locals: ❌ Not accepted
Local Radius Rule: Must live 75 miles from facility
Pending License: ❌ Not accepted

Required Documentation (before submission):

Valid Driver's License or State ID
Utility bill in traveler's name (within last 3 months)
Address must match and be >75 miles from facility
