Position:-Licensed Practical and Licensed Vocational Nurses, Location:- Five Points Mental Health Unit, Five Points Correctional Facility, 6600 State route 96, Romulus, NY 14541 Duration:- 2years Approx. 40 hours/week(M-F). Exact shift/hours to be discussed during interview. Job description:- <ul> 	<li> Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN, physician, or other authorized health care provider. </li> 	<li> Administer medications as directed. </li> 	<li> Provide bedside nursing care, including services requiring sterile techniques. </li> 	<li> Observe, measure, record, and report indications of patient health status. </li> 	<li> Perform more specialized tasks routinely, such as catheterizations and suctioning and others sparingly, such as IV therapy, with additional training. </li> 	<li> Administer blood and blood products. </li> 	<li> Must possess a valid New York State License and have a minimum of one-year work experience post licensure. </li> </ul>
